Community Action Partnership of Kern (CAPK http://www.capk.org/) The Commodity Supplemental Food Programs (CSFP) is a Federally funded program, which works to improve the health of low-income pregnant & breastfeeding women, other new mothers up to one year postpartum, infants, children up to age six & elderly people at least 60 years of age by supplementing their diets with nutritious USDA commodity foods.
10am, 4th Monday each month (EXCEPT the Monday before Christmas].
Distribution takes place at 3 places in the KRV:
1. Vets Hall I, KRV Senior Center, 6405 Lake Isabella Blvd., Lake Isabella
2. Mt. Mesa Grace Chapel Community Center, 12312 Mountain Mesa Rd, Mtn. Mesa.
3. Canyon Hills: Kern River Valley, 25 Arden Avenue, Wofford Heights
