WHAT: Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Classes
WHEN: Tuesdays, starting September 5 until October 17th, from 1:30 – 3:00 p.m.

Starting September 5th, Heather Berry, MSW, LCSW, will be offering classes in Mindfulness for managing depression and anxiety. This will be a 7-week program on Tuesdays, from 1:30 – 3:00 p.m.
Topics will include:
~ coping with stress
~ physical/emotional pains
~ the challenges of everyday life
~ how to deal with stressful events (such as the fires that have affected us all)
~ how to use meditation and breathing as a way to manage anxiety and depression.
Cost: Various insurances accepted.
